What are your fees and cancellation policy?

If you are not accessing my services through ACC or the PHO, you will be required to pay upfront for your sessions. My private fees are $250.00 per 50 minute session. Longer sessions will be charged at a different rate (price on request).

CANCELLATION:
Please bear in mind that the purpose of my cancellation policy is to ensure that no client in-need misses out on psychological services. The more notice I am given of a cancellation, the more likely it is I can fill your cancelled slot with another client. I have a finite number of clinic hours each week, so my goal is to ensure that I see as many clients as possible. If you need to cancel a session at short notice and would like to reschedule, I will always do my best to accommodate you. However, my cancellation fees are non-negotiable.

In order to receive a full refund you will need to cancel or reschedule our session with at least 48 hours notice.
If you cancel 24-48 hours prior to our session you will be refunded 50% of the full fee paid.
I have a no-refund policy for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment.
Fees retained due to cancellation may not be used as credit for future sessions.
